Continuous security awareness training
Security awareness training in the moment, all year
Run realistic simulations of the attacks your people face now, and teach anyone who slips with a lesson on that exact message, seconds after the click. After a one-time setup, your GRC team launches each campaign in minutes, without a security engineer, and every round adds to the evidence your auditor reads.
The click becomes a lesson.
Why “once a year” falls short
Attacks change every month. An annual course doesn’t.
- A long annual video teaches yesterday’s lures; attackers now use AI-written emails, fake CAPTCHA “verification” pages and deepfake video.
- Generic template emails don’t look like your company, so people learn to spot the template, not the attack.
- Feedback arrives weeks later, if at all, long after the moment someone could have learned from.
How it works
Simulate, teach, measure, repeat
Relevant to your company
Recommendations come from your Org Profile (industry, country, regulatory regimes) and Tech Stack, current public advisories such as CERT-In and CISA, company and industry news, and the Popular lane: anonymised patterns that caught out employees at other SecurityRing customers.
Personal to each employee
Placeholders fill in each person’s first name, manager, department and location, so the email looks like real work.
A lesson at the moment of the click
Anyone who acts on the simulation lands on a training page, “Required · Less than 2 minutes”: a video of the email they received with its red flags highlighted, then a quiz on that message.
Repeat on your schedule
Each campaign runs from 1 day to 8 weeks. Recommendations refresh as new attacks are published, so the next round is about what is happening now.
Your next 3 simulations.
What employees do
Short, specific, and actually finished
For the rest, admins can send training reminders from the campaign report (“Needs nudge”). Reminder links open the lesson directly and never count as a click.
Evidence over time
Show the trend, not one score
- Campaign funnel: sent, opened, clicked, video completed, training completed
- Repeat exposure, time to action and risk by department, location, seniority and manager
- Executive trend report across campaigns with the phishing exposure score
- Focused retests for the people who need them, and manager summary emails
- Download PPT, Download PDF or CSV for your auditor
Regulators are moving the same way. RBI’s 2026 directions for commercial banks ask for “continuous and adaptive capacity building” and for the bank to “evaluate the awareness level of employees periodically”. SEBI’s CSCRF gives phishing test success rate as an example of assessing employee awareness. See the banking and financial services page for details.

Four steps per campaign
Choose people
Everyone, chosen departments or named people from your roster.
Pick a recommended attack
Choose an idea recommended for your industry, tools and news, then click “Build this idea”.
Approve what AI built
The AI Builder drafts the email, landing page, lesson and quiz. Edit anything, then approve.
Schedule and launch
Optionally send yourself a test, set the delivery window and pace, and activate.
One-time setup: import your roster and have your email admin allowlist SecurityRing’s sender details (a ready-made request is in the app).
What is continuous security awareness training?
Instead of one long course a year, employees get regular, realistic phishing simulations of current attacks, and anyone who acts on one gets a short lesson about that exact message straight away. In SecurityRing, each campaign runs for 1 day to 8 weeks, and you decide how often to run them.
How long is each lesson?
The training page says “Required · Less than 2 minutes”. It has a short video built from the email the employee received, with its red flags highlighted, and a quiz grounded in that message. Completion is saved automatically.
Does it replace our annual training?
Not always. SecurityRing’s lesson goes to the people who act on a simulation, not to every employee. Where a regulator or standard asks for training for all staff, for example RBI’s mandatory programmes for new recruits, keep your baseline course and use SecurityRing for the regular simulations, the in-the-moment lessons and the evidence.
Is this the same as micro-learning?
It covers what our old micro-learning page described: short lessons tied to a real moment rather than a library of modules. The difference is the trigger: the lesson is about the simulation the employee just acted on.
What evidence do we get?
Campaign reports (funnel, behaviour outcomes, time to action, department and manager cuts, user roster and interaction audit trail) and the executive trend report with the phishing exposure score, downloadable as PPT, PDF or CSV. Your auditor decides how much weight to give them.
